Shipping and Delivery
What You Need to Know
We ship all products via DHL/USPS/FedEx
1.) Orders will be processed within 48 hours and shipped within 3-5 business. Please allow 2 business days for processing. We are not currently offering overnight shipping but will be offering in the near future.
2.) Once order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number to track your order. If you have not received a tracking number by the third business day, please email customercare@justicecollection.com. Please allow 24 hours for response.
Returns
The Small Print
1.) We aim to please. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please make sure to contact us via email first. We do not accept unauthorized returns. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, lace uncut, and in its original state, and still, have the original packaging and free items. Once product has been inspected and approved as original state then refund will be issued. We do not exchange products, but we will be happy to accept your return and issue a store credit you can use towards your choice of product.
2.) All returns must be submitted within 10 days of receipt. All products must be unused sealed, and hair must be unwashed, unworn, lace untouched and free of smell, cutting. etc.
3.) Refunds will be issued 3-5 business days after return has been inspected and approved.
