What is your return policy?
1.) We aim to please. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please make sure to contact us via email first. We do not accept unauthorized returns. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, lace uncut, and in its original state, and still, have the original packaging and free items. Once product has been inspected and approved as original state then refund will be issued. We do not exchange products, but we will be happy to accept your return and issue a store credit you can use towards your choice of product.
2.) All returns must be submitted within 10 days of receipt. All products must be unused sealed, and hair must be unwashed, unworn, lace untouched and free of smell, cutting. etc.
3.) Refunds will be issued 3-5 business days after return has been inspected and approved.
Do you offer gift cards?
We offer gift e-gift cards. You can find this under all Gift cards in our main menu options. You will have access to select an amount or purchase up to $1000 via gift card. You can have gift card details sent directly to recipient.
What are the payment options?
We accept all major cards, Paypal, Paypal pay in 4 and Sezzle. We will be adding additional buy now pay later options.
